What's in a website?

That which we look upon,
By any other gaze would look as neat?

Hmmm. That sorta worked.

The husband has convinced me to branch out elsewhere, spread the little wings of VintageEdition, and create a website. It links directly back to Etsy of course, for shopping ease and security. I've used GoDaddy for my Domain at $10/year and free hosting from Wooden Spoon in Santa Rosa, CA (the husband's workplace), which would normally cost $10/month. I bought a Joomla template for a one time fee of $40 and have my husband do all the maintenance.

Feedback is great and appreciated, if you feel like it!

Rome

The husband and I like to go through tv series in a matter of weeks, (depending on the season number of course) and then get very sad when it's all over. Le sigh.

The latest and greatest was Rome; the BBC and HBO production about Julius Cesar and Mark Antony in Ancient Rome. One of my favorite things, besides reminiscing about the good old days in 6th grade of studying and pretending to be Spartans and such, was looking at the fashion! The draping of clothes was marvelous and so flattering for any body type. Asymmetrical shoulder frocks and open sleeves! Layers and layers! The ladies look so lovely.

Resoration Theodore Pt 1

As of last weekend, Theodore has been gutted and cleaned out. We cleared out depris, weeds, mold, and deadbugs (black eight-legged live ones too!). We still have the dash to remove, but after that, it's sanding and painting time.

Inspired by these fellow Etsians, we were thinking a sea green, yellow, chestnut brown, or a deep coral.
